Finance Projects

A collection of financial models and equity research built independently — part practice, part proof of work. As I head into college and begin my finance journey, this is where I sharpen the skills that matter: valuation, analysis, and clear thinking about what businesses are actually worth.

Apple Inc. DCF Valuation - Model

Basic Analysis · DCF

A discounted cash flow model built to determine Apple's intrinsic value. The analysis involved projecting future free cash flows, selecting an appropriate discount rate, and arriving at a per-share valuation. On a pure cash flow basis, Apple appears overvalued — however, accounting for the strength and durability of its brand, consumer loyalty, and ecosystem lock-in, the premium is largely justified. Built independently as a first full-scale valuation model, with a focus on understanding how the market prices a mature, cash-generative business and where qualitative factors diverge from the numbers.

Investment Portfolio Simulation

Portfolio Manager

In this project, I created a simulated investment portfolio to analyze the impact of market fluctuations on asset allocation. By employing historical data and financial forecasting techniques, I was able to demonstrate effective strategies for risk management and maximizing returns.

Direct-to-Consumer Brand Financials

Founder & Managing Director

As the founder of a direct-to-consumer apparel brand, I developed financial models to assess operational costs and profitability. This experience not only deepened my understanding of financial management but also strengthened my ability to make informed strategic decisions in a competitive market.
